The process of installation of the prototype trial production line has completed and the stage of testing of the production line has started.
The production line was installed by the equipment manufacturer and supplier SIA ELEKTRO VILKS. It was installed in accordance with the production line configuration diagram and technical drawings.
SIA ELEKTRO VILKS ensured movement of production line equipment units from the warehouse to the intended production premises, installation and mounting of equipment. Electronics of control panels was connected and equipment automation works were performed.
The installation of the prototype trial production line required 9 months of total. During this time, a couple of decisions on changes to be made to the installed production line were adopted.
One of such decisions was to improve the layout of production line equipment in the room. This was made to provide more convenient access to all production line equipment in repair situations and for the layout in the room to meet all safety conditions.
After the line was installed, testing of the production line started. Initially, individual production line equipment and individual sections of the production line were operated and tested to make small steps to ascertain that everything was working accurately and safely.
Biofibres, hemp and waste paper loading containers will be tested first. Then dosing and mixing bins will be tested. The furnace was tested as the last equipment and line section.
As soon as all the sections have been tested, tests with the entire production line launched will start at the same time.
During testing, changes and improvements will probably be made to the production line or its equipment. This will follow from the test results of launching the production line.
As soon as the production line is launched in a test mode and passes safety tests successfully, work will be started on testing of a recipe of an innovative heat insulation material by developing an optimal formula for heat insulation plates (density, composition, thermal conductivity, air and sound permeability).
